Aims & Objects
Following Aims & Objects are the Base of all activities of the organization:
Our main aim is to provide youth professional skills, development, and learning opportunities for the poor and excluded generation, with a focus on strengthening them. We plan to achieve our aim by developing, testing, and delivering evidence-based, feasible, and cost-effective interventions relating to professional and social development with greater involvement of the youth Programme and communities. We support the government initiative aimed at poverty reduction in line with the Sustainable Development Goals and targets.
To build up the character and conduct of the young men and women to be assets of the future society.
The main objective is to contribute to the young generation’s professional development, implementation, and scale-up of evidence-based and cost-effective interventions in the young professional and social sector. The specific objectives are:
Objectives of the Organization
Promote Education & Literacy – To establish and support educational programs, digital learning centers, and awareness campaigns to improve literacy among children, youth, and adults.
Advance Healthcare & Well-being – To provide affordable and accessible healthcare services through medical camps, telemedicine hubs, mobile medical units, and awareness on preventive health.
- Empower Women & Youth – To create livelihood opportunities, skill development programs, and entrepreneurship support for women and youth, enabling them to become self-reliant.
- Undertake Research & Development – To conduct social research and field studies on education, health, livelihood, and environment, and use the findings to design impactful programs.

History
Brief History of the organization
Genesis of the organization:
The year 2020. All of a sudden, “WHO” declared that the whole world is affected by “COVID-19” along with INDIA. The Government of India declared ‘LOCKDOWN.’ A new message with an unknown word to the inhabitants of INDIA. The total population felt afraid and absent-minded. There was no viable option for the government to remedy the situation.
At that time, we, the inhabitants of West Bengal, had met with a crucial course, namely Cyclone ‘AMPHAN.’
The people of Daspur, Ghatal, were devastated. The People were struggling in pain. Due to the giant ‘AMPHAN’, a major number of dwelling houses were destroyed by heavy rainfall, overflow, and the storm stopped human life like wounded birds in its path.
In these circumstances, we, the youths of our area, invested ourselves to overcome the miserable situation with food, Tarpaulin, baby food, clothes, Medicines, and also the support of various donors, well-wishers, businessmen, Service holders, and also heartfelt persons.
Since we decided to run the humanitarian activities in a proper way, with legal activities.
In a meeting, we formed a committee and selected a Name for the organization, which is identified as “HUMANITARIAN RESERCH FOUNDATION.” The said committee decided to register with all legal aspects for our Foundation.
It is to be noted that from the beginning, we started the Audited statement, Annual Report & maintaining documents as per the norms of the Government even before our registration. We observed that it will be helpful to our Foundation to collect donations, subscriptions, grants, etc. For the help of sustainable community Development activity.
Now our foundation is a completely legal, registered organization and fully involved in various benevolent activities.
